The entire album was written & recorded at Old Church Recording a 126 year old Church house / studio in the Ottawa Valley, Ontario, Canada.

The tracks included on the album, came from a collection of material that was compiled from 2015 - 2018.

The 'Colin Wylie' album was designed to be listened to as a whole; from beginning to end.

Its an eclectic, yet cohesive, collection of songs interspersed with instrumentals. The album was conceptually designed and intended as its own 'playlist' or as a 'mix-tape' from a bygone era.

As a music lover of many musical genre, the album cuts a wide swath of influence. Each of the ten tracks are informed differently, remain deeply original, and forge a great album from top to bottom that gets better with every listen.
